Hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Nobody was at the counter, we waited forever, and when someone finally showed up, they didn’t even acknowledge us. Terrible service.

Terrible. I telephoned them probably 7 times. The first time someone answered but then immediately hung up. Every other time, no one answered. So I went into the Taco Bell on Taylor to speak to someone. No one would speak to me. Terrible -- don't waste your time or money. There are plenty of places nearby that are good!

Shoutout to the one guy working alone last night for the better part of the shift. And shoutout to the guy who came into help him. Both men really deserve a raise. They handled a really tough situation very professionally. But having one employee alone in the store ever, especially after midnight— was NOT okay. Management needs to do better.

The two employees working at the very end of the shift: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Management: 0 Stars Last night I went to pick up my order and found out there was ONE employee running the entire store by himself. I don’t mean “short staffed.” I mean literally ONE person cooking, taking orders, handling drive-thru, lobby, everything. The lobby was full. People had already been waiting an hour before I even got there. And that one employee was trying his absolute hardest. You could see how stressed he was. But he didn’t yell, didn’t snap, didn’t walk out. He was trying to hold the whole place together by himself. And the craziest part? People in the lobby were patient. We all could see he was struggling and doing his best. Nobody was mad at him. We were mad at whoever the hell thought it was okay to leave one human being to run an entire fast-food restaurant alone. That is dangerous. That is inhumane. And that is pure negligence. Eventually his manager called, told him to lock the doors and stop taking orders. You know what that tells me? The manager knew. They knew he was alone. They knew how busy it gets at that time of night. They knew the risk. And instead of coming in… instead of sending help… instead of being a leader… They left him there to drown. I’m not angry at the workers. They did what they could with what they had. I respect them. I applaud them. They deserve raises, bonuses, days off — something. My anger is for the management and whoever is running staffing and scheduling. Do better. You don’t leave ANYONE — man, woman, teenager — alone in a store after midnight. Not just because of the workload, but because it is not safe. If something had happened to him, a customer, or the store? That would’ve been on you. And honestly, shame on y’all. The only good thing about last night was watching that one worker keep going when he had every reason to give up. He deserved support. He didn’t get any. Fix your staffing. Fix your scheduling. Fix your management. Because your employees deserve better than being left to fail — alone.
