- JPJasmine PinonApr 9, 20231.0A large family came and took a while ordering food. The employee seemed overwhelmed completing their orders. A second person came to help and the initial employee left. I’d been waiting for 15 minutes, you would think she’d apologize for the wait and offer to assist me. Then when the second person was done with their order, she went to the back to give the first person their tip and took a while. Then the first person came back out and placed fresh meat on the counter and returned to the back. I obviously wasn’t a priority and I was starving. I waited as long as I did because I’ve never had trouble with their service, but the whole situation was handled poorly. I was wholeheartedly disappointed and will not return. If I want subway I’ll drive to a different location.
