- GGGiovanni GarciaMar 29, 20241.0Ordered online and said order would be complete by 7:55pm. I arrive at 8pm and employee shows me a receipt asking if it was mine. Order was not mine and instead show him my app where it’s states my order and receipt. Employee ignores it and continues with new customers. 15 mins go by and shows me another receipt and again it’s not my order. I try to show him my order again but quickly walks away instead. Another 15 go by and I’m completely ignored and employee states something about a manager. To this point I wasted half my lunch time waiting and decided to leave.

Tried to give give me brown lettuce, wasn’t until me and 2 other customers complained and threatened to leave that they finally brought out a different container . I mean , they actually counted how many olives they can put in a sandwich (6 olives ) . I asked for more and they said the manager said to charge extra.
