The employee making my sandwich today was so rude, making comments in his language and laughing, also as a former Subway employee myself I can tell the food is very off of the temperature regulations, since the vegetables are frosting in the containers, I dont know if its new owners or management but the employees here today on 11/26/2025 at 3pm need to be evaluated on customer service

I got there and they couldn’t find my order on their system employee kept saying it was the wrong location otherwise it would’ve been there. I showed him the receipt for that location and told me to call the customer service for a refund. I called customer service and then around 11am this location kept calling me saying my order was ready. I thought my order wasn’t in the system. Would give a 0/10 if I could.
