    This was one of the worst customer experiences I have had, if not the worst. It took an unusually long time for anyone to appear at the counter to take my order. When a staff member finally did, she was barely audible, visibly disengaged, and yawning throughout the interaction. There was a complete lack of basic courtesy, let alone any acceptable standard of customer service. While seated and eating, another customer entered and began berating the server over prior experiences. During this outburst, the customer made a disturbing comment, threatening to call ICE on the server. The server appeared to be an immigrant and seemed completely unfazed and continued with their routine as if nothing had occurred. This incident significantly compounded my already negative experience. There needs to be a serious and immediate review of both customer service standards and how staff are supported.

    Extremely rude staff. I have never experienced such rude and unacceptable behavior, avoid at all cost. They work with anger and you don’t know what they will put inside

    Owner is a really kind guy, fresh ingredients & great food. I haven't been to Subway in a while after some bad experiences with quality downtown, but this location was really good. Soup was made fresh to order, will be back for sure.
