I've never had to pay for refills in subways before and the soda dispenser is always right outside and I wasn't told beforehand about it, but maybe things have changed idk. I agreed to pay for it immediately and apologized because I didn't know they charge for drink refills. But the food was okay since I got exactly what I asked for.
