I go to this subway 1-3 times a day. I was being helped from a different employee and told her I wanted to customize my protein pocket. The woman in the picture interrupted us and said I wasn’t able to do that. I am a big fan of subway and I get this everyday customized since it came out. She said that in that particular subway I couldn’t do what I want. I asked for her name and she did not want to give it to me. I just took a picture to show you exactly which employee made you lose a customer that comes everyday. If she doesn’t like her job she should find a job that better suits her attitude. I was there around 1pm today if you’d like to review the cameras. I am the one who walked in and walked out without buying anything.

Horrible and rude and disrespectful staff from earlier tonight specifically it was a guy and a girl and the guy said he was the manager who both him and her were very smart at the mouth and were super sarcastic also raised they're voices at numerous customers and then refused to give me the offer that was present on my app because they didn't "do that promotion" however the app clearly said that location was a participating location then I was charged for my food but not told until AFTER I paid that I wouldn't be receiving any food then I asked if there was any compensation I could receive the manager told me that if I paid him personally he would then make me a sandwich but told me if I didn't pay him directly not the store BUT HIM DIRECTLY then I would receive no food at all I wasn't given any names they refused to give me names and they told me they were not gonna give me any customer service numbers but rather I was told by the manager "you have a phone dont you? then go google it you'll find it" then after that I was told again by the manager that he has no time for me if im not willing to pay him directly and he wouldn't answer no more questions of mine OVERALL A HORRIBLE LOCATION DO NOT GO HERE

They don’t provide consistent portions. They said they give the same amount of chicken in every sub/wrap but these are the “pre weighed” chicken portions. Something isn’t adding up.
