Tonight they tried to charge me *37 dollars* for a foot long sandwich meal with two cookies and a drink. I've never paid more than 16 dollars for this meal in the decade plus that I've been ordering this specific meal. When I questioned the price the employee said they had changed the pricing today 9/9/25. I feel like they tried to scam me after I have been a loyal regular customer by charging over 50% higher than the normal price. If I wanted to spend almost 40 dollars I would go to a real restaurant and not subway. Do not recommend this place at all.

The soups are super delicious and I HIGHLY recommend checking out the cream of broccoli soup.and the Philly cheesesteaks I am hooked on…Also it is very clean and I have never had an issue never have been overcharged and the food is always fresh but my FAVORITE thing here is the family that run this establishment…they take service and quality very seriously I have seen them deal with some downright nasty people very professionally….they are very hard working and it’s and an absolute joy to converse with…smart , witty and just downright delightful….I would give them a million stars if I could
- SPSpencer PostMar 12, 20211.0I always get a pepperoni pizza when I go to subway and for some reason the guy who works there always likes to charge me extra. The receipt indicates $6.50 for pepperoni pizza but for some reason he charges me an extra $1 for pepperoni, even though I don’t get extra. I always wondered why my pizza came out to more at this location. I also always ask for no cheese, as I like it crispy but he refuses to follow my direction. When I turn around he sprinkles cheese on it anyway. There’s clearly something wrong with this man. This is for the Subway in Uptown located at 5062 N Sheridan.
