The employee hit the roach using his hands with the gloves that he wore and he was serving my sandwich at the same time. I quickly cancelled the order and left without looking back. I filed a complain on their cooperate site, hoping they would take action against this location for violating some city ordinance.

- AOAlexa OsornioJun 24, 20251.0Customer service was horrible, my friend tried to refill her drink which she PAYED FOR and the guy working told her she could only refill once. Keep in mind there was no sign of that anywhere nor was she told before her purchase. Then when we were about to leave we heard him talking about us no another customer out loud, while we were still in the facility. That is beyond rude and unprofessional. If you don't want people refilling then put up a sign.

Go crazy lol
