The employee hit the roach using his hands with the gloves that he wore and he was serving my sandwich at the same time. I quickly cancelled the order and left without looking back. I filed a complain on their cooperate site, hoping they would take action against this location for violating some city ordinance.

Literally waited half an hour for a response and someone finally picked up the phone and acted said she doesn’t speak English and hung up on me. I called again to report something and same person answered and hung up again.
- HHHeartBleeds4UJul 19, 20201.0I got a Subway slider from this place through Uber Eats and the slider was not cooked. Subway you need to be careful with what you are sending out especially during this whole coronavirus thing. You can get someone seriously sick sending uncooked food.
