    I was really disappointed with the customer service here. One of the staff members, an older gentleman with glasses, was very rude and impatient. This business is located right by a high school, so kindness and patience with students should be expected. A young student in front of me didn’t have enough money—she was only short by about $3. Instead of handling the situation with understanding, he abruptly snatched the food back, leaving her clearly confused and uncomfortable. I ended up covering the difference since the staff said they “couldn’t split payments.” When I stepped in to help, the same staff member turned his rudeness toward me. Ironically, once I matched his tone, he calmed down. That’s not how customer service should work.

    nasty poor quality food. raggedy manager would not offer me a refund rven after showing her the poor quality food her employees made.

    I walked in he had a nasty attitude I placed my order but instead I wanted a foot-long and I just wanted him to make it with the other half of the bread so he cursed me out in language and then I canceled both of my orders
