  The ap sent my order to this location i didnt even choose it. I contacted them and i thought they didnt understand the mistake. But in the end the store followed through and resolve my order.

  Friendly regular staff and great service. Food tastes great every time, though sometimes in the morning they just dont meatballs for some reason.

  I always receive excellent service at the Subway Elston location. The entire staff is friendly and Juana always provides excellent service.

  This Subway location has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. For months, their bathroom has been out of order, forcing employees to go next door just to use the restroom. That’s unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Even worse, the owner has shown extremely inappropriate and discriminatory behavior. Telling employees or customers not to speak Spanish and threatening to call immigration is racist, offensive, and absolutely unacceptable. No one should be treated that way—especially in a diverse city where people deserve respect regardless of their language or background. Between the lack of basic facilities and the toxic, discriminatory environment created by the owner, I will never support this location again. I encourage others to think twice before giving them their business.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. After spending over $50 dining in, I simply asked to use the bathroom to wash my hands so I could feed my 6-month-old baby. The staff refused, saying the bathroom “doesn’t work.” It felt very inconsiderate, especially after being a paying customer. For a place that serves food, not allowing basic hygiene is unacceptable. Definitely not family-friendly or welcoming.
