- MPMalina PatelJan 21, 20261.0Ordered through the app: one footlong and one six-inch. When I got home, I realized they gave me two six-inch sandwiches instead. I had to drive all the way back in 5-degree weather because of their mistake. Instead of remaking a footlong, they just handed me another six-inch. After two trips for an error that wasn’t mine, the least they could have done was remake the footlong or offer a small courtesy (like a cookie). Really disappointing experience.

Walked in on a hot summer day asking to refill a water bottle and was told it’s private property and I’m now considered trespassing. The man behind the counter had a foul attitude and had nothing nice to offer. The other staff didn’t seem too phased by his behavior and words so I’m sure this is a common occurrence for this location.
