  Never going back. They forced me to pay for just the water. Only place i have ever seen that does this. The food is always mixed up—if I order tuna, they throw in beef too. The bread and everything else tastes stale and cheap. On top of that, the staff are rude and don’t seem to care about customers at all. Seriously, if you go here, have some self-respect and just stay away.

  Why would you want a subway microwaved? I understand the toaster is not working on a particular day but how odd it is that the toaster is broken every day? Every time I stop by this subway location for quick meal the staff is telling me "we microwave the sandwich today" is that even sanitary?! 🤔

  I did mobil ordering. ( first time using the app) and i was very pleased with my sandwich as it was just getting finished when i got there. It was great... Best sandwich from subway i have had in a long time...

  Subway as a chain has been our favourite outdoor eating on every other weekend with their healthy $5 menu. Every outlet has more or less same good standard of service and food. However in the current competitive scenario customer service takes a front seat and priority to stay on forefront. Our experience with this Subway has not been particularly good because of rude behaviour of the owner. First of all they do not have public rest rooms to use when we reched there, in anticipation, today April 25th, 09 around 2:15 pm. Second they did not have full range of condiments, for the two $5 footlong oven roasted chicken sandwich we ordered. Like they did not have shreded carrot. We did not get any olives and jalopino's instead requested for some shreaded cheese, since we were missing carrot. The person on the register seemingly the owner blurted to charege dollar more to do this. I raised an objection to this since they were missing the carrots and decided not to proceed if they want to charge extra. As a parting note to the person I told him to improve the customer service as Quiznos is comming up fast as a competitor in the area, with a hoarding not more than quarter mile on Peterson & Ridge in Chicago. He rudely said that their customer service is great and he does not need my feedback. I just politely told him not to get upset about it and take it easy. Its upto him to do whatever with a customer's feed back. I feel this guy is spoiling the name of a strong brand with his behaviour. This was our last visit to this Subway and advise others to avoid this shop till they learn how to behave with the customers. Its not about a dollar extra but the way you handle the objections. Thanks
