    I go to this location on my lunch been going for years because i work in the area. Also, I am picky so I always order the same exact sandwich when i go and the same people that have always taken my order are still there and know what i order. Last time I was there was on 10/29 the lady charged me double the amount for my sandwich, she knew she made a mistake and i just thought i would see the adjustment on my acct 2 days later. Turns out she charged me almost $16 for 1 sandwich Luckily i still have my receipt i went to talk to them today and they automatically started pointing their fingers at me and saying it was my fault and that i should have been back the same day i told them i take 1 lunch break a day and that i would've been ok with another sandwich but after their attitudes i will gladly take my money elsewhere. Moral of the story check your recs before you walk out because they dont admit faults

    I have only been back living in Chicago IL since February 2025, I thought at first that this was a difficult location for eating or shopping, but so far it's been a pleasant experience. No problem at all Thank God!! And I Pray that it won't be a problem.

    I placed an order via the app for 3 sandwiches. My sandwiches were made perfectly to my specifications. I’m glad I gave them another try.

    Order a sandwich in the app for a 12:30 AM pick up and the app changed it to 11 AM the following day walked into the store and try to talk to the worker and he didn’t understand what I was saying and told me to come back the next day to talk to a manager But I wasn’t going to be in the area anymore. I called the store multiple times no answer and now I’m out $15 because their error.
