I stood inside for 5–10 minutes without any acknowledgment, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The staff’s energy felt unwelcoming, almost as if my presence was an inconvenience. The food itself is good, but it’s hard to enjoy—or want to return—when the experience comes with uncomfortable vibes and a lack of basic engagement. When money is involved, acknowledgment matters. No one wants to stand around feeling ignored or out of place. I genuinely hope I wasn’t overlooked simply for being polite or well dressed. It’s disappointing that these days it can feel like you have to act ignorant just to receive decent service. Ps. No need to humble me bumble bee ;) ❤️
- MJMitchell JacksonDec 21, 20251.0Every time I come in , I receive horrible service from dark skinned brother with chain that seems to hate his own people, he starts whispering to other workers i dont know about what snd when I get my smoothie, its watered down so bad it shouldn't even be considered a smoothie. I watch the same young light skinned brothe he whispered to make a smoothie before mines and it was great texture and thick as it should be , but mines is always compromised to disgusting wayer type. I hope some in management reads and checks this horrible server.
