When I called, the lady on the phone treated me like it was my fault bc I ordered no bun. I had to come back to add that this has been the worst food experience I have had since moving to Chicago. All of our food here was bad. Over cooked, cold, and service as terrible. No refund or remake, just a memory of a place we will never visit again.

Waited about 15 min for a simple order. The cook grabbed handfuls of my fries to put into a bag. He used his fingers, not a scoop. I told the manager that didn’t seem sanitary. He shrugged. After I left, I decided I wasn’t comfortable eating the food and tossed it. Won’t be coming back.
