Disappointed in the way the Cashier (maybe the Manager - heavyset black guy with Beard) treated me on a recent trip. I come to this SB all the time but I will reconsider now.

honestly, i see why the ratings are this low. & they should be lower!!! the workers there are very rude and slow. i shouldn’t have been waiting 30 minutes for a burger… the place is also dirty!! trash all over the place. this place does not need to serve food to people because of how filthy it is. DON’T EAT HERE!

The manager employee black guy heavy set with a beard that works Friday nights around 8:30 p.m. is rude ignorant arrogant and doesn't know how to communicate or provide hospitality or service with a genuine wholesome smile.
He's rude to the food couriers and the guy who prepares the food also he doesn't know how to help anybody he wants to sound like he's right. He's trying to tell the prepper and the food couriers to confirm the order pickup before handing the entire order which includes a milkshake before the courier can confirm the order.
He's working too fast for his own good he needs to slow down and look at what he's doing because the food courier is not in a hurry either.
The ambiance of the place feels scary and chaotic and very uncomfortable.
The employees don't know how to communicate with customers or food couriers. They don't seem to like any questions.
The employees seem to including the women employees seem to only speak less than 10 words and look down on non-English speaking people, not realizing education pays off and also not realizing where the English language came from. Everybody wants to act like they have a master's degree in English.
