There are little things you notice in someone who’s got a talent for service. She made the experience very good. Also, the food was awesome.

With it being our first time here when taking our order, Genesis was very patient gave us recommendations and even made sure all of our food came out at the same time, nice and hot. Great neighborhood burger joint. A must try.

When the burger came out the wrapper itself was very soaked. Upon eating it, every bite just felt very greasy and salty it just felt very off setting. It kind of masked the overall taste of the burger itself on how greasy it was. It made me put off eating the hot dog after i was finished with the burger due to how groggy i felt. This place always serves pretty good burgers but lately its just extremely greasy.

I almost slipped and fell luckly I caught my balance and didn't hit the floor. I told one of the employees (short white lady wearing a hat). She was like its because I have non skid shoes???? I was like does'nt matter what kind of shoes your wearing its slippery! You could see there was apparenty a spill at one point and it was not mopped properly. When I placed my order I asked for 2 cups for water and she looked irritated that I asked for cups so she slams them on the counter! So I walk over to get a straw and she yells and said don't take straws from the take out section go get them over by the pop machines! I was like geeeez. So I sit down waiting for my order and noticed how dirty the floors were, it was pretty disgusting. I was like geez when was the last time they mopped their floors! The food was okay, but totatally bad vibes. I will try a different location next time.
