Not many places where you will find Chengdu food. I mostly get the Hotpot with veggies / meats. Food can be very inconsistent. For the most part (75-80%) it is good. But sometimes when I order the same items as I did last week, the taste is off. Sometimes, it is not salty enough and very bland and I can only taste the oil. There was 2 times where there was so much pepper corn in the soup, I was literally eating pepper corns with a side of vegetables. Nonetheless, still a fan of this place. I hope they improve the consistency of their food. When and if they do, this review will change to 5 stars.
