Visited from Detroit and couldn't wait to try the famous Chicago style deep dish! What a disappointment. The pizza was heavy, but all vegetables. No cheese pull, wait. Did I even taste any cheese? The meat was obscured by all the vegetables. On top of that the crust was burned really bad. I think my cousin said he paid almost $80 for it. We ordered the pizza late, maybe they had a long day. It definitely was no love put into this pizza. This is one place that I can scratch off my next visit.

I placed an order with this rosatis for two pizzas and some cheese bread, which ridiculously ran me $86 to begin with. The website said it would be ready in 45 minutes, and it took the money from my account. Two hours pass and 5 calls to the store with no answer, nothing had been delivered and no confirmation email had been received by me from this store. They never delivered anything, and still took my money. As someone who has worked in the restaurant service industry for over 5 years, and understands mistakes are made, this was stupid. How are you gonna take my money and not give an email, not answer any calls and still charge me $86 for three items? One pizza had two normal toppings and the other was plain cheese. Actually insane.

When you walk into the restaurant, the decor and the decorations are very nice. The only problem I had is with the employee she was working behind the cash register registered didn’t bother to wash her hands. She just went to grabbing food and then she’s on the phone having a conversation where she’s using Around Customer So it doesn’t seem like it’s gonna be a pleasant experience. I didn’t want to eat there so I just grabbed my slice and I’ll love and the pizza is not all that great. Anyhow it taste old so I don’t think I’ll be back.
