  Worth the visit overall. There’s a wide variety of merchandise from the brand, and you can also access the clothing store. Prices are very reasonable. The space, however, is quite small, and the day I visited the line was extremely long. Considering the size and recognition of the brand, the venue could be a bit bigger. Aside from that, the decoration, food, and overall atmosphere were really nice and made the experience enjoyable.

  Ralph’s Coffee on Michigan Ave is our absolute favorite coffee stop whenever we’re in Chicago! The moment you walk in, the fresh aroma of coffee grabs your senses — it’s unlike anything else. Every cup tastes beautifully rich and distinct, and it’s the perfect pick-me-up during a day of shopping. We especially love how the café sits right under the amazing stores along Michigan Avenue — it feels like the ideal place to pause, relax, and recharge before heading back out into the hustle and bustle. Whether it’s the quality of the coffee, the inviting smell, or the cozy vibe amid one of Chicago’s best shopping streets, Ralph’s Coffee never disappoints! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

  Si estás de paso por la Water Tower y tienes antojo de una bebida caliente, este es el lugar ideal. El hot chocolate y el matcha latte son una buena opción. Evita ir en fin de semana ya que se llena mucho y la fila para ordenar tu pedido puede tardar hasta 30 minutos, además de que te será imposible conseguir lugar para sentarte. Ya que estás ahí puedes recorrer los 4 pisos de la tienda Ralph Lauren, es como visitar un museo

  Although there was a 20 minute wait just to get inside it was worth it! My wife and daughters had it on their bucket list. I sat and saved a table while they went and got there coffees And hot chocolate. The presentation was wonderful on each. The table was located next to the fireplace. Danica the manager asked if we could move our chairs to allow service to the fireplace. Following the service she brought us some passes to welcome us back with complimentary beverages. Very unnecessary and appreciated. The ambiance was wonderful and very pleasant service throughout. Thank you Danica for your caring ways and we look forward to seeing you on our next trip to the city!! You won patrons for life!! Blessings🙏🏻

  Unfortunately, my experience at the Ralph Lauren Custer location was disappointing and fell far below the standard expected from a luxury brand. From the moment I entered the store, the level of customer service was noticeably lacking. I was not acknowledged in a timely manner, and when assistance was finally offered, it felt dismissive and inattentive rather than welcoming or helpful. There was little effort made to understand what I was looking for or to provide thoughtful guidance. Luxury retail is not just about the product — it’s about the experience. This visit felt rushed, impersonal, and unaligned with the Ralph Lauren brand promise of sophistication and customer care. I left without making a purchase, not because of the quality of the merchandise, but because the service did not reflect the values or standards one would expect at this level. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to retrain staff and improve the overall customer experience.
