8 of us from out of town seeing Chicago and the sights for 2.5 days. Came here for the classic vibe and good eats per recommendations. Ordered at the kiosks (first mistake). Seating is on your own and I was able to get a spot fairly easily upstairs although none of the tables were clean and had to ask. Staff was very friendly but some issues were present with food ordering. All of the team, except myself, ordered subs/sandwiches and were able to get food within 10-15 minutes by the lady making funny quips about food “ready to eat” and the numbers for the orders - it was a nice touch. A couple of orders were made with some errors but their staff was fairly quick in response. I waited about 10-20 minutes at the counter and finically got impatient (I ordered first of the group) and asked the staff what was going on. They said I was supposed to go to a different counter to pick up the food. I’m glad to the kiosk made that clear! No indication of different types of orders to be picked up at different counters anywhere in the rustic Chicagoan restaurant floor! I ran over to the ‘other’ counter and saw my food had been sitting for 20 minutes - done in too. Nice and cold just like I like my vodka pasta with one spicy meatball. That being said, the staff took ownership and I even recommended some simple fixes for this that the supervisor was up for to address kiosk orders that are at different pick up counters. The made it fresh and added in a dessert for good measure. Well done. The food was outstanding and I heard no complaints from my crew of 7. Next time you order at the kiosk just make sure you check at both pick up counters for your food and pace between them as order numbers are not processed chronologically - so pay attention.😁 Overall great experience for a tourist from Saginaw. Will return soon!🙂👍

Not the most appetizing photo, but the classic hot dog with all the toppings + a side of onion rings was a great meal. Hot dog wasn’t necessarily something to write home about, but had a nice snap and interesting mix of flavors. Onion rings were super crunchy and good with the comeback sauce. Reasonably priced for a touristy spot and very fast service. Ordered at the kiosk.

Food was edible, but I wouldn't go back unless it's simply to hangout and kill time. I got the Chicago style hotdog, Italian beef sandwich, and chocolate cake shake. I have to say, they were all basic. Chicago style hotdog had pickle poppy seed that surprised me and I enjoyed it. It was also on the sweet side with the sweet relish added to it. Overall, it wasn't bad. Italian beef sandwich was simply boring. I added mozzarella cheese to it. It tasted like overcooked beef trying to survive by submerging itself in a beef broth bath. Very light to no seasoning. I was expecting more... The chocolate cake shake is something I hear people get all the time. If you must try it, be warned! It's something a normal person cannot finish. In my opinion, it's a drink that'll either take you straight into diabetes or a heart attack if can finish it without any problems. The taste is chocolate ice cream mixed in with a chocolate cake that had heavy chocolate icing. All I could taste was chocolate icing. I see the bits of chocolate cake, but the icing was simply overwhelming. Overall, the place is spacious and I like the vibe. Great spot to hangout and grab quick bites, but not a place to try the best foods Chicago has to offer.
