I always order from this beggars for my team. Today I made an order and it was wrong. I called to complain and the young lady hung up on me then refused to answer any calls after hanging up. So rude. I will never be returning.

I decided to stop here at their express counter because I had a taste for a soft pretzel with cheese after doing some shopping in Target. Unfortunately, my experience was everything but pleasant. Upon approaching the counter I placed my order and the girl walked away to prepare it. She then came back and presented me a bare pretzel that was not dressed with any salt nor butter. I then asked her “do you have salt?” She stated “would you like salt?” I stated “yes please.” Then she walked away to add butter and salt to the pretzel. She dumped excessive pretzel salt onto the pretzel and then laughed and brought it back to me. From there I noticed she had only buttered the bottom half of the pretzel. I then asked her if she could butter the top half and from there she went to retrieve the butter brush and shook the brush over the pretzel. I look disgruntled because she responded with “we use the brush for other things so you have to ask beforehand.” In which I then responded with “usually the sever will ask if there is a specific way you would like your food item.” I then had to ask her my total because she did not tell me. She then cashed me out and walked away without asking if I needed a bag on which I did. So, I had to ask the other customer service rep that was standing at the counter for a bag. Apparently that was the manager because the girl that facilitated my order then came to the front to apologize not to me but to the manager for having to assist me by getting me a bag for my order. Throughout the course of my HR career I have learned the importance of etiquette and proper customer service but apparently the girl that facilitated my order today was not. Blatant attitudes and unprofessionalism in customer service is completely unnecessary especially when the customer is courteous and respectful towards you. Do better.
