  Ordered online delivery at 8:40 Pizza and Cinnabon arrived 10:20 Pizza was warm as if it sat for 3 min. Cheese no longer gooey or greasy. Dry and Cinnabon burnt. No answer when I called to complain.

  Placed online order @ 10:47am for 1pm delivery. Its now 1:43pm and the order has been rescheduled 3xs. The store isn't answering phone. Completely unacceptable and will not be ordering again. I now have to go get pizza from Dominos, they dont have this issue.

  I ordered a pizza and soda to be delivered for a friend in Chicago (I live in Florida). DoorDash picked up the order for delivery. I stated in the instructions that my friend was disabled and needed to call her upon arrival (I left her number in the instructions). The delivery driver did not follow the instructions. Instead he called me, in Florida. I informed him to call the number in the instructions. He seemed to not understand what I was saying. At this point, I realized that he did not speak english and probably was unable to read english (probably explains why he called me instead of my friend). So she didn't receive the $30 worth of food. I called DoorDash and they refunded the amount, not directly to my debit card but to the Pizza Hut in which I placed the order. After receiving that information, I called the Pizza Hut. I spoke with the general manager, Tunisha, store #042561. She attempted to refund my money but the computer was rejected my debit card. So she contacted a Pizza Hut in Florida to see if they would honor the refund. They refused to do so. So after about a week of Ms. Tunisha's patience and diligence, she figured out how to refund the money to a different debit card. This young lady demonstrated the true meaning of customer service and professionalism. She went above and beyond while keeping a calm and patient manner. I thank you because it's not about the money but more so about the experience. Thank you Ms. Tunisha

  I ordered the deal for delivery which came in time. But the food was disgusting. The bottom of the pizzas seemed uncooked, it was like it was just flatten unbaked dough. This location is not far from me, and I suddenly remembered that I never eat there because it's always yucky! The edges of the pizzas were faintly golden brown as if they had taken a blow torch across the top of the pizzas and around the edges and just left the crust underneath uncooked. I was just trying to feed my family dinner and retire for the evening. I ended up supplementimg my meal with a PBJ sandwich after only just eating a bit of the pizza toppings. The wings were the worst as well. Very difficult to chew. I usually order from the Domino's on Cottage for pizza deals or Italian Fiesta. It's terrible that I don't have any other decent options. Quality into today's economic crisis is number one. People don't want to waste money on food that's uneatable.
