    Papa john offered me free pizza by downloading game. This was done twice for 2 different games. Order went through but store canceled saying I cannot do it again. They canceled my online order and coupon lost. The person was just discriminatory.

    Everyone is always so nice and greets you immediately, pizza is always ready before I’m even on my way, and piping hot! No complaints.

    The food was aggressively mediocre at best, and not even (to my surprise) any less expensive than a locally owned pizza shop, of which Chicago has MANY that produce better food than this. So what ARE customers getting out of this deal? I wouldn't expect cheap pizza to be GREAT, but I did think it would be CHEAP! Plus, Papa John's tagline used to be "Better ingredients. Better pizza," but I guess they stopped caring about that some time ago. Also, they put black olives on the entire pizza instead of on only half, as we ordered it, on their own website. If you can't manage something THAT basic, I'm taking my money elsewhere. I'm just annoyed that I had to spend that much to find this out.
