    We had an issue with a delivery from a third party service and they were SO kind with how they handled the situation (even though it wasn’t their fault!!) Huge shoutout to Travis for his stellar customer service!!!

    Ordered two pizzas which arrived undercooked. Just raw dough under the cheese. Called and asked about it and the manager said “I don’t believe that.” Kept talking over me on the phone, claiming it was impossible. I said that papa John’s has a quality guarantee, which is widely posted on their website, and he said someone must have made that up. Skepticism and confrontation are interesting approaches to customer service.

    I placed an order at 10.00 which is the regular time for store to be open . And when i got there to restaurant at 10.30 still the restaurant was closed . And till 10.35 i waited there but than i person got there . And told me its going to take an 30 more minutes . Arrogantly Wowww nice customer service 👌

    I went to buy a pizza because I really like Papa John's pizza but the attention is very terrible that bad service and the very ugly environment should improve a lot in customer service since we always come back for the very good attention.

    This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I waited over an hour for a single pizza and simply asked how much longer it would take. I did not complain or make an issue out of it. The man with long hair pulled into a bun or ponytail, a beard, and glasses immediately became rude and condescending. (He refused to give me his name) worked Monday night 12/22/25. He rolled his eyes, tried to start an argument, bully and intimidate me. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I remained calm and polite throughout the interaction. No employee should ever speak to a customer this way, especially in a restaurant setting. The encounter was so upsetting that I left in tears. I will not be returning and would not recommend this business based on how customers are treated. In my option this man should be fired and find a job where he doesn’t have to show any level of respect or professionalism.
