This means the food is completely accessible and could easily be touched by anyone handling the order. I called the store to ask about this and spoke with a manager. I was told that DoorDash is supposed to have a bag for the food, which doesn’t address the issue since delivery bags are not sealed and do not prevent tampering. This is a food safety concern. Restaurants should be sealing food before it leaves the store, especially for delivery orders. Just something to be mindful of when ordering.
