- AVAna VaiaFeb 25, 20261.0Horrible customer service by Manager Julian. I ordered on thr app to avoid waiting in line. I got an email with confirmation that my or was ready at 12:26. I couldn't find my order and asked the clerk. She told me I had to wait even though I showed my email confirmation. I asked the manager Julian to check and he told me they were out. He wouldn't listen to me about email and said I'll get a refund later. Didn't even offer an explanation or if I wanted anything else. I wasted my lunch half hour and told to wait s few days to be refunded.

New management doesn't seem to have improved anything. I've worked in the hospital for 2 years, and I've lost count how many times I've had to notify them of water or coffee jugs running out, to put a cup in my order when I paid for one, and pointing out when they've completely forgotten my order.

If you absolutely can’t go elsewhere then I strongly suggest you order online at least 30 minutes ahead of time. I would not assume that it’s an “off time” .

The service is nothing short of terrible. The food is put together very sloppily and hap-hazardly. Sometimes it's take 10 minutes to order a salad, sometimes 1 minute. It's just an all around terrible experience.
