Not sure why the wait time was so long because the bagel wasn't toasted either. I posted a picture of what the bagels on display looked like and what I got was NOT that.

- KCK ChoyFeb 26, 20251.0The Panera at Rush, where there are no other options for a coffee or snack, I received a pastry that was hard and stale at 7:15am. That means that the product has been in the case for 12-24 hours. This is the 3rd time I have been to a Panera at different locations but the food is always the same - generic, stale and expensive. Update 7/2 at 7:30am. bought an untoasred bagel and an hour later went to eat it and again it was hard and stale clearly from the day before. I don't see contact info on their site, so they get to be criticized here.
