Wait time was insanely long and I wasn’t even there during a lunch or dinner rush. I have never waited that long at any other Panera. The workers seemed completely unaware of the long wait time and looked like they were taking their sweet time. When I finally got my mac n cheese I saw that they had given me bacon on it (I ordered regular mac n cheese). I didn’t even ask for it to be corrected because I knew it would have just taken another 30+ minutes. Seating was also hard to find (probably because everyone is waiting 30 minutes to an hour for their food and clogging up the dining area). Also, what is the point of asking for Here or To Go if all the food is going to be served in To Go Containers anyways?? I love Panera and always have good experiences but will definetely not be returning to this particular location. Panera, do better. At this rate, McDonalds is a better experience (and much cheaper)…..

So far, this location is absolutely terrible. You can order a cup of soup and it will take 35 minutes. They send emails telling you the order is ready for pickup and then when you arrive, you then must wait an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes for a very very simple order. This location will probably not last long honestly, it's not efficient and it's not well run. After waiting forever, I then needed a refund because I didn't care to wait any longer and I refuse to give my money to disorganized establishments. For my refund, I then stood at a vacant counter for an additional 10 minutes for someone to literally do their job. Absolutely terrible! I spent my whole lunch hour waiting on a cup of soup…..

Highest hopes and every office in the loop was excited about this opening, but they cannot keep up with the demand. 40+ minute delays on pre-placed orders consistently. Sadly will be taking my business elsewhere (potbelly, subway) unless they learn to pick up the speed with the downtown lunch time rush!

“I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this store. Although the order status showed my order was ready for pickup, when I arrived, the staff said it was not yet available. I had to wait unnecessarily, which was frustrating and inconvenient. This caused a significant delay for me and felt like poor communication and false notification. I expect better accuracy and timely preparation for orders, especially when customers rely on the pickup notification. I hope the store improves its order readiness process to avoid inconveniencing other customers in the future.”

The store notified me that my order was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, it wasn’t actually available. I had to wait longer than expected, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Accurate notifications are important—I would appreciate it if the store only notified me when the order was truly ready for pickup. Staff were polite, but this experience could have been improved with better communication about real readiness and wait times.
