  This is by far one of the best Panera I’ve been to. The food was phenomenal. My food was hot and fresh. I received my food in a timely manner. The Panera was very busy, but the service was very smooth. The staff was friendly. I will be back 10/10

  Absolutely disappointed in this establishment. I’ve never had one bad experience with Panera. I’m absolutely disgusted. I ordered a chicken wild rice soup and consumed about 80% of the soup, till I got to the bottom and noticed a funny looking piece of chicken. I poked the piece open and to my discovery, it was completely raw inside. I wanted to vomit when I saw that I had been eating soup with raw chicken inside. I immediately called back this Panera and was horribly mistreated by the manager. The manager that answered my call was a woman, didn’t give me a name. I explained to her what I had found and she completely dismissed my concerns claiming that my discovery of raw chicken couldn’t be possible and basically called me a liar. She insisted the chicken is fully cooked before they put it in the soup, and she completely shut me down. She did not care at all! All though I was refunded for my meal, I’m so disappointed in this Panera location as it has been my go-to spot for comfort food and a good soup. Will never step a foot in here again. Horrible customer service, please do better and stop serving people undercooked meat!

  Updated review 1/12/2026. Music WAY too loud in the restaurant. Like painfully loud. Review written 12/31/2025. Overly toasted bagel and even though email said order was ready, when I arrived there were no orders on pick up shelf. Waited at counter while employees completely ignored me. I asked if I could grab the bag myself and they said yeah and she seemed annoyed that I asked. If they are going to have a pick up shelf, why not use it? Yes someone could walk in and steal order BUT that could happen on the counter too. 💯 Also cup was not included with the order for my Sip Club membership. Even though I ordered it. So I had to grab and separate cup from a stack which I shouldn’t have to do because then I touch other people’s cups rims. Also to note: there is NO drive thru at this location
