Waited at counter while employees completely ignored me. I asked if I could grab the bag myself and they said yeah and she seemed annoyed that I asked. If they are going to have a pick up shelf, why not use it? Yes someone could walk in and steal order BUT that could happen on the counter too. 💯 Also cup was not included with the order for my Sip Club membership. Even though I ordered it. So I had to grab and separate cup from a stack which I shouldn’t have to do because then I touch other people’s cups rims. Also to note: there is NO drive thru at this location
