Came here on a Monday evening for dinner and we had the hot buffalo chicken pizza and it was delicious. Unfortunately, we were so hungry and excited for the pizza we started eating before I remembered to take a pic. But trust it was delicious.

I went here with my daughter and my wife since we had a layover in Chicago before a flight and we had a great time! We ordered a Chicago style pizza and buffalo wings, and both were delicious and perfectly seasoned, ( the best part is the pizza’s cheese pull🤤) the pizza took about 25 minutes since it’s almost like a pie and takes longer to bake than regular pizza. The service was also amazing, super quick and friendly! It’s an great place for gatherings and family because the pizza is pretty big and the ambiance is very nice and casual.

I’ll be honest—I’m usually the person skipping the BBQ sauce entirely. But Nancy’s Pizza has officially changed the game for me. Their house BBQ sauce is absolutely superb; it’s so well-balanced that it won over someone who doesn't even like BBQ sauce.
We tried both the BBQ Chicken Pizza and the BBQ Hawaiian Pizza, and both were incredible. The flavors are bold, the crust is exactly what you want from a Chicago staple, and that house sauce really ties everything together.
The Highlights:
• The Caesar Salad: Do not sleep on this! We added anchovies, and it was excellent—fresh, salty, and the perfect punchy side to the pizza.
• The Service: The servers were extremely nice. The customer service was top-tier from start to finish, which really elevated the whole experience.
The only slight miss for us were the Buffalo wings, which were a bit mediocre compared to the high bar set by the rest of the meal. However, the pizza and salad more than made up for it.
If you’re in Chicago, Nancy’s is a must-visit. Even if you think you don't like BBQ sauce, give theirs a try—you’ll be surprised!

Three strikes and they’re out. Save your time and money. I really like this place and have been a loyal customer for years, but after three consecutive failures, I’m done. This is the third time in a row my order has been significantly delayed. Last time, the pizza was not only very late but was the entirely wrong order. Tonight, their app was down, so I called my order in. It has now been over an hour. When I called to check on the status, the staff was completely indifferent. My pizza wasn't even out of the oven yet, and they hadn't even assigned a driver. The most frustrating part isn't just the wait—it’s the attitude. There were no apologies, no offer to make it right, and no sense of urgency. I'm looking at a 90-minute wait for a single pizza with zero customer service. (UPDATE: I was finally "assigned a driver" over an hour and a half after placing my order.)
A business can't survive on decent food alone if the logistics and service are this consistently broken. If you’re hungry now, order somewhere else.
UPDATE #2
Shortly after posting this, I was contacted personally by the owner, David. He offered a sincere apology and was completely transparent about what happened behind the scenes (multiple driver emergencies and a new staff member who wasn't yet trained to handle the volume).
It’s clear that this is a family business that actually takes hospitality seriously and cares when they miss the mark. I really appreciate a business owner who takes accountability and goes out of their way to fix things. Based on this outreach, I’m willing to give them another shot.
