The other night I was completely baked and my munchies were in full effect. I couldn’t decide whether to wait for delivery like a responsible adult or just grab my pizza and go. I live just a few blocks away so I went with pick-up and ordered a super thin 12" pizza with Italian sausage and mushrooms to enjoy myself and share a little with my dog Winston. Picking up the pizza was smooth as always. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the restaurant is always clean and organized. Every single time I have picked up an order it has been ready exactly when they said it would be which makes life so much easier. Taking the pizza home was the best part. Every bite was amazing. The crust, the toppings, and the balance of flavors were perfect. Eating it baked at home felt like pure bliss. Honestly Nancy’s is one of the best pizza spots in Chicago and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Nancy’s I will absolutely be back. You have a loyal fan in me and Winston is already plotting the next slice.
