  So someone please tell the manager to read these reviews. The atmosphere is spot on. The burger. Exactly what others have been saying, zero flavor. The burger was cooked Perry, the bun and trimmings were all fresh and delicious, but the burger lacked any flavor whatsoever so ever. Went in plain at first to see what we were working with. Nothing. Added salt and pepper, then that’s all I tasted. Added onion lettuce ketchup and mustard. That’s all I tasted. Help The fries were amazing. Ordered them well done and for fresh cut they were as crispy as you can get just before they begin incinerating, PERFECT. Burger fries and 1 beer 26 bucks plus tip. Not awful but would gladly pay a few more bucks to get better beef. Will return for the sloppy Joe but not a burger

  A bit of nostalgia at Moody’s Pub. Last Saturday I went to Moody’s Pub with my son and sister. It had been 40 years that I hadn’t been there since I now live in the south suburbs. We went at lunch and walking in brought me back to 1985. Moodys was a staple in my life back then… Coconuts on Sheridan Road, the Phoenix on Broadway and Moodys Pub. Good times. Funny thing I overheard a conversation from a lady older than me also talking with her friends about where she used to sit. The place looked smaller than I thought it was back in the day. I think it’s the same menu, still DELICIOUS burgers… the onion rings AWESOME…. I want to go back one evening when there are more people and the fireplace is on. So to the old folks like me if you’re looking for a bit of nostalgia and want a great burger go to Moody’s Pub. Great food, great staff and for some of us great memories. Enjoy😊

  It's Warm and cozy while eating a great meal and having and shot of tequila as you watch the fire.

  I've been coming here for 50+ years and Moody's never disappoints. Perfect pub atmosphere inside; beautiful and quiet garden outside in the summer.
