I clearly spelled out “latte” twice, yet she couldn’t understand me and insisted they didn’t have it — even though every McDonald’s I’ve been to offers lattes. It honestly felt like she didn’t even try to listen or understand. In the end, instead of admitting a mistake, she just said they didn’t have it. Very disappointing experience and a total waste of time.
