  They didn't have the fruit punch plushie, almost never do. The food was cold I would've took it back but I didn't feel like it, the McChickens tasted funny and so did the lettuce. Only thing I enjoyed honestly was the HiC orange drink! Next time I'm going to tell them I want everything fresh! The fact that there was nobody in line and I still had to wait and got old food, I just didn't understand. But hey just my experience.

  This location is not there best one. The city is over saturated with McDonald’s and if I had to choose, I would not come to this place again. The food tasted old the bread was somewhat stale, normally when I go to just about any other location if it is pretty much consistent, but here the quality was not all there.

  Number 1 with cheese, no pickles, no Mac sauce just ketchup, mayonnaise, and onions Order taker response " You're confusing me" I repeated the order again The order taker had an attitude because I did an adjustment to my meal I have GERD and the Mac sauce exacerbates it I was the only customer in line and I can't understand why this was such a big deal I proceeded to the window to pick up the order it was five individuals just standing around she handed me the french fries and the sandwich I stated can I have my drink....." You don't have it!!!!! I'm done I have tried to be nice and service the neighborhood. (With all of their drive-thru windows with the glass broken) French fries was on point. Mac Sandwich the bun was hard This will be the last time at this McDonald's

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received during my visit at this location. My kids are collecting the Happy Meal Zootopia toys, and I asked an employee if I could see the toys before ordering. However, the employee did not respond and instead walked away to get a manager. The manager who assisted me was very unprofessional, had a extremely bad attitude, and refused to show me the toys. I explained that I was willing to purchase a Happy Meal if I could see the toy first, but she still refused my request. I have visited two other locations and did not experience any issues with viewing the toys before ordering. I left without making a purchase and will not return to this location. The interaction with the manager was uncomfortable, and I question her ability to provide adequate customer service. I will also be reporting this incident on the official website. My visit occurred on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 4:00 pm.
