This is the ONLY McDonald’s I’ve ever been to where the service was extremely bad on multiple occasions. Theres always a wait time and an attitude that comes with it. They also have no sense of urgency at all.

Extremely Rude.
I drove up to the drive thru and before I could even say hi they rudely said “WE’RE CLOOOSSSSSSEEEEEEEDDDDDD!!!!!”
I said “Hi! I have an Uber Eats order. Are you not fulfilling those orders?”
Their response “WE ISN’T MAKIN’ IT!!!”
I drove 40 minutes to this location for that disgraceful service.
I then had to call customer service because they wanted me to send a photo showing lights were off and no one was inside. Well, that wasn’t possible because they were in there with the lights on and on their phones walking around for over an hour. That’s how long it took for customer service to cancel the order.
Zero compensation. I was paid nothing.
I was chatting with customer while on the phone with customer service. He said I was the forth person to take that order. Uber was cancelling the orders stating the drivers were canceling not McDonald’s. That reflects negatively on us while we also don’t get paid for a delivery that was over an hour and a half long due to McDonald’s negligence.
I am not your slave.
I will be reporting this McDonald’s and Uber for this issue to the Department of Labor due to the order going through McDonald’s app and not Uber’s and for Uber giving this ride knowing I was not going to able to complete the order or be paid, not even a penny. I will also be contacting McDonal’s corporate to report this company too.

Well first of all we ordered online for delivery and got the complete wrong order, we tried calling and no ones would answer, then we set the order for review and ordered again when we got the second order they forgot 2 sandwiches and a drink, like come on it’s not that hard to read an order and make it.

I came in with my niece, who was really excited to use her app rewards to get her $1 drink, fries, and a sandwich. She’s very shy, so I was paying close attention as she ordered. The cashier seemed irritated from the start—not outright rude, but enough that I had to give him the mom look. ( like hey not today) My niece explained clearly what she was trying to do with her rewards, even showing him her phone. He called the manager, Erica, for help three times, and each time she ignored him. My niece proceeded to order her drink without the fries which was the deal she originally wanted, when she received her drink it wasn’t even filled up all the way, I don’t know the name of the guy that did it because no one wears a name tag at this location but he was tall bald and light skinned. (Unacceptable, I know when your going on your break I’m sure you fill your drink all the way to the top)
My niece ordered her sandwich, then we came back to pay for another drink so the fries reward would work. This time, Erica rang us up. My niece explained the deal again and Erica told her she just needed to buy something for a dollar. My niece stepped aside to get her money ready. I asked why my niece couldn’t get the fries earlier, and instead of addressing the concern, Erica repeated that she needed to buy a drink.
We ended up being helped by a young lady named Kee (or Kee Kee), who was wonderful. I explained the situation to her and she immediately tried to help. However, when she went to get the fries, Erica said something to her. Erica came back to the register, and I finally spoke up and asked what the issue was. Her response was dismissive, and at one point she said something along the lines of, “If you don’t have a dollar, just say that.” That’s when I went into full momma-bear mode. My niece was polite the whole time—there was no reason for her to be talked to like that.
In the end, we did leave with the fries, but the experience was unacceptable. Kee/Kee Kee—thank you so much for stepping in to help.
Also, while we were there, a little boy had his jacket stolen. This location seriously needs security. One of the employees mentioned that the guy had a gun. Smh like you can’t even take kids to McDonald’s anymore. Very sad.
I won’t be returning after this experience.
