Friday October 31st 2025 about 7:15pm I called the restaurant for an update…the young lady said she was the manager on duty she said she was getting a pen to take down my information for the store manager to reach out, put me on hold and never came back to the phone after 9 minutes. Now each time I call back the calls going directly to voicemail. This is not ok and won’t be let go until it’s rectified

I got around the window and a guy was swearing at someone about having to make the drink, then I saw him put his hand inside the cup instead of grabbing it from the outside. I just drove away. NEVER AGAIN!
