So now I go to the one in Hyde park ,which I highly recommend,very fast and very fresh .
- RLRhia LindersDec 30, 20251.0Extremely Rude. I drove up to the drive thru and before I could even say hi they rudely said “WE’RE CLOOOSSSSSSEEEEEEEDDDDDD!!!!!” I said “Hi! I have an Uber Eats order. Are you not fulfilling those orders?” Their response “WE ISN’T MAKIN’ IT!!!” I drove 40 minutes to this location for that disgraceful service. I then had to call customer service because they wanted me to send a photo showing lights were off and no one was inside. Well, that wasn’t possible because they were in there with the lights on and on their phones walking around for over an hour. That’s how long it took for customer service to cancel the order. Zero compensation. I was paid nothing. I was chatting with customer while on the phone with customer service. He said I was the forth person to take that order. Uber was cancelling the orders stating the drivers were canceling not McDonald’s. That reflects negatively on us while we also don’t get paid for a delivery that was over an hour and a half long due to McDonald’s negligence. I am not your slave. I will be reporting this McDonald’s and Uber for this issue to the Department of Labor due to the order going through McDonald’s app and not Uber’s and for Uber giving this ride knowing I was not going to able to complete the order or be paid, not even a penny. I will also be contacting McDonal’s corporate to report this company too.
