I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The staff were very disrespectful and unprofessional during my visit. They spoke rudely when I asked a simple question about my order, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customer service should always be polite and respectful. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers have a better experience.

It's a McDonald's, it's alright. Like most McDonald's they sometimes get the order wrong. Good for a guilty pleasure.

The reason I gave it a one star I came over today at 6:14 ordered a sausage biscuit and hash brown and a large iced vanilla coffee also requested grape jelly that I was gonna be charged for $.25. I should not be charged any type of money for just one grape jelly so I did not complete my order. I left upset. I tell all customers do not shop here ever at this McDonald’s they will overcharge you underhandedly forget going here ever again. I will never come here again Oh supposedly the girl said that this is owner operated seems like it was an attitude
