I called over 10 times and nobody picked up. I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve had the past two times. I’ve been there each time. They have forgotten to give me my fries that I have ordered and this time they forgot my fries and the bun to my chicken sandwich, which is unbelievable so weird and so disappointing never am I ever going back here.

Both speakers on the drive lanes are stupid broken and have been since summer, so orders get confused. Obviously a management issue that the employees have to rise above.
