(Just for management): I live like 3 blocks away, I come here all the time. None of your window people are bad, but you've gotta find the employee who served me tonight (a shorter lady of asian descent, just before midnight, call it 11:55pm 2/6/26), and give her a raise. She's served me several times before, always on the late night shift, and she's always wonderful. Super friendly, moves quickly, and always very accommodating, she's fantastic. Honestly, she's better than McDonald's—Y'all should promote her!

One employee was standing in clear line of sight of the drive through window, rubbing (picking?) his nose, serving himself a drink, and handing off cash to the coworker at the window. That coworker handled our order, getting it wrong a couple of times, but that honestly wasn't a big deal considering how busy they seemed to be. However, that coworker did get very offended when I asked for someone who did not have dirty hands to get my fries instead, since he did not wash his hands at all during this time. An older guy– probably the shift manager– came to see what was going on and we told him, he walked back and pretended to get us a new bag of fries. We knew it was the exact same bag (made sure to watch him), but my partner and I were too tired to care at that point and left. The fries did end up in the trash. We both work food service; my partner has a food handler certification and I have a food manager certification. If they're going to disregard legal safety protocol... Please at least do so away from customers' line of sight. Someone asking you to wash your hands is not a crazy ask.
Very rude manager at front desk

This location is falling off completely. There was a manager here (dark hair in a shoulder-length ponytail, slim build, woman, Hispanic) who used to be on top of everything. I don't know what in the world happened to her, but now there's this guy with a blue shirt on who really seems to have an issue with "certain" customers.
And he clearly has a gripe with food vouchers. A cashier asked him to assist with one I had. But before she walked away, she asked if I wanted a medium or a large. I haven't been to McDonald's this year up until late fall when I fell off the vegetarian wagon and really wanted a Filet o' Fish. I told her "large" since she asked me.
But this guy approaches the register and demands that I pay. I'm completely confused because the voucher says the meal is free. He told me my value meal wasn't free. I'm looking at the back and the front of the card, asking him to point out where it says my meal isn't free. He insists it's because it's a large. I ask him to show me this on the card. He repeats the same thing about value meals always being medium as if everyone knows this.
I look up at the signs and see that value meals do indeed include mediums but large is extra. Again, I've been a vegetarian for 21 years. There are only three things I can eat in McDonald's: McFlurries, fries and (if I fall off into pescatarian world) Filet o' Fish. But he's talking to me as if this is common knowledge like I'm in here daily. I apologized, told him I see it on the sign and switched the size. He jammed a few buttons and stormed away.
I came back to this same location again (because it was one of the only ones that accept these vouchers). He's avoiding eye contact, refuses to walk to the register, and the cashier had to get someone else. I sat down and noticed a garbage can pouring out trash in all three holes. Thirty minutes later, no one emptied this trash can. I tried to find an alternate one to use, but I only saw this one.
I got ready to leave, saw him, tried to get his attention and he walked completely away from the counter as if I was invisible. No other cashier would come to the pick-up area. Finally, one came over to give someone an order, and I pointed to the trash can. She said "OK." I left. Disgusting that they would let this location get this way. My two vouchers are used. No way in the world will I be back.
