I placed an Uber Eats order at 3:27 AM from this McDonald’s. Three couriers arrived and canceled the pickup. The fourth courier was told by the staff that the order was canceled for unknown reasons and they were only serving breakfast, yet the app kept searching for couriers. Impossible to call the restaurant. Your employees are TERRIBLE and INCOMPETENT and don’t know how to handle orders. WASTED 2 HOURS, very frustrating experience. I will never place my order in this place again!!!

Always the nicest people at this location. The gentlemen in the evening is always personable and considerate. It’s been my experience, over many years, within this neighborhood, to have the pleasure of interacting with OG staff that are friendly and kind. Today, the fries were hot, the root beer poppin, and the drive thru team vibin. I hope my experience today lends some credence to this review and a few aura points for the staff.

Charged twice, sad McCrispy sandwich
I used the drive-through, ordered 1 (one) McCrispy meal. I was asked what drink ... I said "diet coke", I paid ... and was surprised about the $17.48 ... wow, pricey!! At the pickup window I was offered my drink, and ... another one. I was confused and mentioned that I only ordered 1 .. nope, 2 meals. I had to pull over, get into the shop and sort it out. Took almost 10 minutes to get this sorted out as the staff was unsure how to deal with it. Must be difficult to undo an error. Finally a senior staff member understood the situation and reimbursed me (back to my credit card).
Shortly later I finally had a moment and hoped to enjoy my crispy chicken sandwich. It was a sad flat paddy, squished between to flat buns. The fries were starchy on the inside, didn't even finish my meal. The 2nd photo is a sober reminder how it should look like.
