I never try to interact with her besides ordering but they weren't honoring my rewards app and when I asked her for her she just said I had to talk to the manager. I didn't get any points for my meal and I lost points cause she kept telling me to just refresh the app. She clearly doesn't want to work at the window since she always slams the window in customers face and y'all know it.

He didn't know how to use the technology to problem solve as a manger!!! Worst management. Y'all need to invest more leadership development for your management team
