This review is based on my experience Tuesday, February 24, 2026 around 8:50 AM
I didn’t get the male name, but he was working front counter and he was great. Beautiful cheerful attitude greeted every customer as they came in. He took orders and prepared orders on his own on that front counter ( he even prepared uber orders). I’ve worked at McDonald’s for 12 years before and I worked the mornings and no one will ever understand how hard that morning is with making those coffees and getting the food. Being able to keep a blessed attitude and work with speed is a difficult job, I must say that young man handled it very well. He was kind, he was pleasant and He was helpful. Just being a former worker of McDonald’s, I had to come on here and leave him a good review because he definitely deserved it.
The atmosphere score was low because the woman’s restroom was disgusting and drug users in the lobby nodding off and Drooling all over the table.

Absolutely horrible, requested a cook to order apple pie was told 20m in an agitated tone,total disrespect from manager...DO NOT GO TO MCDONALD'S ON 95TH ST CHARLES BY THE BK,GO TO THE BK INSTEAD IF YOU RELY ON GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed and paid for an order through the McDonald’s app, but the restaurant refused to give me my order. The money was not refunded, and the app does not allow me to cancel the order either.
This is unacceptable. I was left without my food and without my money. Please resolve this issue and refund my payment as soon as possible.

This is already the fifth time I’ve had the same issue: I place an order through the McDonald’s app, payment goes through, I arrive — and the restaurant is closed or “mobile orders are not working,” even though the app shows 24/7.
There is no way to cancel the order or get a refund. No one takes responsibility. For a company like McDonald’s, this is unacceptable.
