- OROmeka Readus6 days ago1.0This place does whatever it wants and it doesn’t goes with policy. If I’m paying for it I should be able to get it however I want. I tried to ask them for the 5th time visiting here to put my caramel into of the cup for my frappe and they consistently refused to and wanted to charge me extra. I didn’t ask for extra caramel I just want the caramel inside of my cup so that I can taste it better and they still refused. That’s not asking for extra that asking for it another way rather then the original way. They are running me away from what I like to order everyday and it’s only 83rd Ashland. They need new management and staff cause I don’t go through this nowhere even when I’m out of state they under what I’m saying. Do you know how many mornings have been ruined because they can’t fix my coffee the way I want it??? Too many to count. Shut this place down.

I ordered and received my food, noticed the teenaged boy standing near the register. I offered to buy him food and he accepted. As we approached the counter, the manager, blurted out “he can’t be in here”. I simply asked “can I buy lil bro something to eat”, she replied “you can take him to Wendys across the street”, and walked off. So I did, then came back to ask what was the issue with him in this particular location? With all the attitude she could muster, the lady said “that’s your ‘lil bro’ right? Then you should know”… I then informed her of his Autism, she said “oh I know, I don’t care”… Bet…/G\
