The young lady acted like I irritated her when I pointed out that they forgot my fries, even after she requested my receipt to fill my order originally. Very disappointing!

The excuse was because of low staff, this was from a customer! But, it's always like this! I worked for Burger King and have dealt with low staff and I have NEVER had a complaint about customer service or checking the front checkout line! That's common sense customer service to check for incoming guests! That's why I seldom go to this location!
