- JHJohn HarrisNov 5, 20251.0Absolutely worst McDonalds on the west side i have encountered so far. Manager Debra gave no care really about what was happening in her restaurant. The young people were running the joint and very badly might i add. I ordered $35 worth of food and waited literally in the parking lot for 25 mins before having to walk in amongst the vast crowd of people also waiting for food waited another several minutes for things to be cooked and given. Manager never said anything of apology for the poor service. Debra doesn’t need to be managing anyone. The last straw that made me write this review is the fact that i get home and go to drink my sweet tea and i was given an iced coffee instead!!! No condiment sauce for nuggets. Just a horrible experience.
