Service is slow, my order is made incorrectly more than half the time, and the restaurant is designed that you cannot get anyone's attention without basically walking into the kitchen. The staff get real attitudes when you try and get their attention. Good luck getting management to give a care in the world. If I was a franchisee, I'd be embarrassed. If I was corporate, I'd be taking a much closer look at this location.
