every time I go there early in the morning, 440 4:55 AM food is poor quality cold. The team is not nice except the man with the dreads. He’s the only nice one in the morning.

I placed an order at McDonald’s at 3:21 PM today
Location: 4844 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60625
Order Number: Check-In #FY81-HT69ZW
I received a confirmation email for my order.
However, after waiting for 20 minutes, I still did not receive any food.
I then went inside the restaurant and asked the manager, Suey, about my order.
She told me that my order did not appear in their system and refused to provide the food I had already paid for.
As a result, I had to leave McDonald’s empty-handed

Some table spaces with outlets. Can get busy. Have some regulars you'll see if you frequent there. Sometimes will bring food to your table. Sometimes not.

The staff at this restaurant sees people standing at the cash register and not coming over. They're busy inside, laughing. I had to yell at them three times to get my order. They ruined my mood; the other shifts are doing a great job.

Might be the worst McDonald's in the city. Service is slow, my order is made incorrectly more than half the time, and the restaurant is designed that you cannot get anyone's attention without basically walking into the kitchen. The staff get real attitudes when you try and get their attention. Good luck getting management to give a care in the world. If I was a franchisee, I'd be embarrassed. If I was corporate, I'd be taking a much closer look at this location.
