When a customer orders food and ask for their sandwich to be made without certain condiments. Im sure it’s for a reason. There’s this one young lady who management always have taking orders and every time I come she makes my order incorrect because she’s extremely nonchalant and thinks she’s bigger than the program. She’s currently rocking pink hair (no hair net) and a face full of makeup .My son has severe allergies, all she has to do is listen to the customer and not keep asking if im done. It’s ridiculous!!

First he raised his voice (His name was Avery, he said he was the manager). Then we told him about his tone and he was argumentative and continued being aggressive. I pray the service improves there. Will not be a customer there by choice in the future.

Most of my order (the happy meal and the sandwiches) came not packed and placed in front or me on the counter as separated items, and I had to beg for a bag and pack it myself. The worker made me wait 5 minutes to get the bag saying “I am working” each time I ask for the bag. I understand he is working but the bag is just under the counter, it won’t delay him a second to give it to me. The fries came cold also.
