We ordered online so we could just pick up like we normally do but to our surprise there were ,no employees, no lights, no sign on the door explaining why. It honestly looked abandoned. I understand things happen, but if a store is closed during normal business hours, the hours online should be updated or there should at least be a notice posted. I wasted time and gas coming here based on incorrect information. Not mad, just frustrated and confused. Hoping management fixes the hours so this doesn’t keep happening to other people.(not to mention there was a line of people in the drive through and some nice lady told us that no one was inside so we drove around and it was empty. )

What is this we didn’t put the and then I just speak to Manager, and apparently everybody there’s a manager, so I’m gonna expose all of the McDonald’s right now. Cause all of them came to be Manager when they’re not just regular cashiers or whatever they doing taking orders They gotta have more respect because because of us. They have a job and not that would be jobless. And they should stop being cheap because I’m already paying for this extra stuff when they’re not doing it. And that’s what they call. Good customer, Service. I don’t think so.

We were needing help at the checkout machine, which was running out of paper. We couldn't get our receipt, nor did we have our order number. We asked for help, and they were super rude.
