- MGMs Gonzalez6 days ago1.0I used the McDonald's app today 2.20.26 at 9:45am to order a breakfast sandwich and a hashbrown. The order went thru I received a confirmation receipt also the money was taken from my account. I went to the drive thru to get my order. I was informed that I don't have an order there for pick up. After showing the lady at the drive thru proof of purchase she called over a manager who was arrogant and rude saying it's not his problem to call customer service. So now I have to call customer service to submit a complaint and call my bank to retrieve payment. Worst customer interaction at a fast food facility I've ever experienced. I will never stop at this location again due to the level of incompetence and arrogance from the management here.

She also thought I couldn’t speak Spanish and said some poor things about me and the black people behind me. PLEASE at least get rid of management there!!!

- MSmariana sandovalDec 22, 20251.0I went to the drive thru purchased when my child wanted to use the washroom I went inside and the staff had the back part of the restaurant blocked I asked to use the washroom the employee dressed as Santa said she couldnt allow us in because they were having a party and it was crowded an elderly lady came and said it was out of service which was untrue and told her what the lady told me I then told her it was an emergency and it was for my child the lady then said she couldnt and left. As a customer service manager myself I find this act not only unprofessional but also inhumane. Im almost sure that this staff party was not approved when restaurant is open with guests dining in and having no access to bathroom.
