This is the worst McDonald’s in Chicago!! Terrible Customer Service, they are rude, never make you feel welcome, the young female manager is just as terrible which is why the employees are the same, no example. I have given this my neighborhood McDonalds numerous of visits, and each time I regret it. I WILL Rather go somewhere else then here , and from the looks of it this is a issue that corporate can’t seem to fix

Sad this was my go to mcdonalds now i never want to return.
Old ladies need to retire and give their sons the job.
Incompetent and unfocused. I will be emailing corporate in Oakbrook as this was unacceptable behaviour.
I received the incorrect order because the manager was toobusy texting and gossiping with a woman in the back i couldnt see.
My visit was 12:30PM 10/09/2025
I will be escalating this issue.
