This Employee is EXTREMELY RUDE! I came thru the drive thru told her I have a mobile order. She then proceeds to yell thru the intercom “I’m not accepting any Mobile Orders!” This exact situation has happened to me a total of 5 times. Only when she’s working the drive thru…. Never had a problem with other workers. So this time I said something she tells me “the system is down not working”. I then said “So why was I able to place my entire order thru the app” she responds “I don’t know” then slams the drive thru window and goes to the kitchen. Another worker comes to the window. I tell him I have a code for my order he puts the code into the system. Apologize for her attitude. Then hands me my order… So the system was never down! she just clearly doesn’t like working. Never returning to this location AGAIN!

Service was the worse I’ve had in McDonalds period. Since I got there the person that confirmed my mobile order in drive through got my order wrong with a different name. After I corrected him he noticed his mistake. I went to the window to get my food and after a few minutes the guy asked what I was doing there? I was confused and told him I was waiting for my food. He said he didn’t have my order and after a minute said never mind. He then gave me the drinks first but gave me the wrong sodas. I tried them on the spot to be sure they were fine. They were watered down & flat, barely any ice. I had him return them and get me new ones, he said they didn’t have more sodas, I was shocked for a Friday night but oh well. He said the straws, ketchup and napkins would be in bag but that was a lie as well. The guy looked like he was on something. Anyway I wont return here.

Very disappointed with the service.
I ordered a latte and was told it would take about 10 minutes. I waited, but the drink was never prepared. No explanation, no apology — just wasted time. This is unacceptable for a place like McDonald’s.

If I could I would give this place a zero rating I had ordered a ICED coffee they gave me what looked like hot coffee that had stayed out watery no flavor just nasty... had asked for sauce never got it... asked for no cheese they added it like come on its not that hard 😑
