It’s people there waiting to order but workers send you to the kiosk. Antisocial McDonald, don’t recommend eating there!!

Not sure why they say there drive thru is open 24 hours
When 3 times in the last month at several different times of the night I tried ordering a hot chocolate and they said they don't have any yet come back 😞??? Really so tonight I went for coffee at 445 am and they told me it's not ready. Come back in 10 minutes. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a drive thru smfh guess they don't want any business also on another note. Went there a week ago at 10 pm ordered a big mac meal and when I got to work it looked like they gave me all there broken pieces of fries there wasn't a full fri in the whole large order it was weird maybe it was the bottom of the barrel. Needless to say I was grossed out and didn't eat my fries disappointeing to say the least.

Do not go here. Stopped to pick up some food on my way to watch my 100 year old Granny. After 15 minutes in line that asked me to wait in space 1. After another 15 minutes I still had no food! I went inside to get a refund as by now my Granny was all alone. The clerk asked if I had a receipt. I was not given one. Then the clerk who took my money at the drive-through came to the counter and again asked me what I ordered. I repeated my order and the total I paid and again said I had to leave because my grandmother was now home alone. She walked away and then walked back now with a receipt so she obviously just entered the order and I heard her tell one of the staff to make one of the sandwiches I had ordered (no cheese). I yelled back that I no longer wanted to food as I needed to leave and only wanted my money. She never came back to the counter, and I had to leave. No food, no refund. I will be calling the day manager in the morning.
