My Sister and I just ate here and Miriam was absolutely helpful with using the Kiosk to place our order. Food is ALWAYS great!! Thanks again Miriam! 5STARS!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Every night short staffed. Drive thru backed up constantly at night. Walk up no cashiers at night. You must place all Lobby orders on kiosk per 10pm staff. That’s very noncustomer focused approach. I will use Touhy location as there is no way drive thru or walk up you wait every visit 10 minutes…just for a coffee! Yes drive through or walk up 10min or more wait, just for coffee. Had to get out of drive thru, come to walk up to be told, kiosk service only. Do better

McDonald's McDonald's McDonald's where is the service that you used to give back in the 90s I mean all your employees have the worst attitudes they think that they own the restaurant and they can do whatever they want when they want to talk to people any type of way this is a service that you guys represent.
It doesn't even matter if if one of the workers are wrong gets the order wrong makes us wait 15 to 20 minutes for fast food they treat us like garbage at this location people that live in the neighborhood come to this McDonald's I've been coming to this McDonald's since I was a kid I bring my son here at least two to three times a week for breakfast lunch or dinner and it's getting out of hand
You need to reevaluate this location you need to hire management that don't talk disrespectful to paying customers if my order is wrong that doesn't mean yell at me if my order is wrong and you guys are giving me the wrong stuff that doesn't mean treat me like garbage if this location is constantly giving people a hard time and telling us to take our business all their places or go to another McDonald's for service this is unacceptable I have never been treated so much like garbage from this location
1 minute the manager acts like he's cool the next minute the manager has a bad attitude then he thinks he can talk to customers any type of way because my order was wrong and then had the audacity to tell me that me and my family can go to another McDonald's if we don't like it here because they fail to get my order wrong and this is not the first time
