App works great, service was more than just GREAT. I probably haven't been to this particular McDonald's since Highschool, I Graduated from Carter Henry Harrison High School in 1974, 23rd and California it's now a Elementary School. Some of my classmates and I would sometimes come here for Lunch away from School one Young Lady I remember fondly Linda Jolly, what great memories.

Order the meal through the McDonald's app itself which has delivery fulfilled by DoorDash.
I contact DoorDash and they told me to contact the McDonald's customer service. I contact McDonald's customer service and they tell me to contact the McDonald's store itself per / as quoted in the missing food section of the FAQ.
I CALL THE MCDONALD'S ITSELF THAT FULFILLED THE ORDER AND A BLACK WOMAN PICKS UP THE PHONE AND I GET THREE WORDS INTO EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPENED AND IMMEDIATELY SHE HANGS UP.
I CALLED RIGHT BACK AND ASKED HER IF SHE CAN HEAR ME AND SHE REPLIES YES AND THEN I GET THREE WORDS INTO EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPENED AND SHE HUNG UP AGAIN.
I did have to drive all the way there to resolve the issue (per the cooperate customer service hotline and per doordash Uber agreements) where I talked to the guy in a window who tells me that the boss says to contact doordash and I asked to speak to her and she did resolve the issue by giving me the missing items ultimately
It was only a damn double quarter pounder with cheese and a large drink.
If you happen to be law enforcement do not go here for a late night lunch break.

Muy mal servicio no ayudan los empleados a nada a los delivery les Piche y les Piche y nadie me respondía. Nadie quiso hablar conmigo y la máquina no me envió el mensaje. Cuando la orden ya estaba lista. Está mal el servicio de la máquina porque no envía el mensaje cuando la orden está lista y yo le puse mi número a la máquina y los empleados tampoco le han ayuda a uno no sirve eso

I like it but sometimes they add a little of something like I ordered once a hot chocolate and a little more then a quarter missing and it tasted exactly like Hershey syrup with warm milk. The waiting is about 10 to 15 min and if you order your food they don't place sauces etc... unless you put them in your order which is a bummer. Other then that, it's nice and I was excited for the huge touch screens that remind me of a huge phone or tablet 🤭
