I want to update my previous review. About a week after my visit I received a call from Jordy. He was apologetic about my experience and offered to make things right by replacing my meal. I was hesitant at first but agreed to give them another try. I stopped in the next day and my meal was replaced. It was a night and day difference from my last visit. Jordy went above and beyond to make things right and I appreciate that. To me customer service like this goes a long way. I will definitely come back to this location going forward just based on this type of customer service. Thank you again!

I ordered online 20 minutes prior for a pick up because I was on my way to work, and the drive thru line was backed up all the way to the street!! I finally got to the speaker and they never took my order or code!!! I basically had to pull off out of line because I would’ve been late for work if I waited!!! I called this store at 2438 W Cermak to speak with a manger about how can I retrieve my refund after seeing online that I would get it back from the location I ordered from and the manager was VERY NASTY AND RUDE TO ME!!! She told me she didn’t see my order in her que and basically I didn’t make an order!! When I explained to her I was charged to my bank account and I have the pick up code as well wich I read off to her.!!! She yelled at me telling me she can’t keep talking to me and that she can’t help me and call the general manager in the morning!!! The treatment to a paying customer was was so ridiculous I had to take time out to let this incident be known!!! I’m very very unpleased… Store 2438 w Cermack in Little Village

Horrible drive-thru, they make you wait on the sides, after 15 minutes, me and other customers had to get out of our vehicles to get the food from inside the restaurant. The food was already cold and the service awful. I wanted a refund but was already late for work. Why have a drive thru if the customer has to go inside for it anyway?
