  Quarter pounder was terrible just order got my food and my burger, still had pink in it, it was very disappointing and never coming back terrible 😑.

  if i could give it a zero star i absolutely would! I don’t know if these women are just not happy with life or what but they need to find a job that helps contribute to their happiness because being rude to customers for whatever personal reasons is diabolical. I pulled up to the speaker waiting for someone for about 5 minutes.. no one answered so i pulled up to the window (i was picking food up that was already ordered) and waited there for another 2 minutes before this very angry lady came to the window being veryyyy rude! i was still respectful even after i read her body language and her attitude as she was walking to the window. I knew she was going to come to the window with an attitude and i still kept it respectful. she cut me off mid sentence, shut the window, opened it back and barely let me finish talking before she shut the window in my face again. she said they were closed and only accepting door dash (which is what i was out doing) but online it says 24 hours so i’m not sure?? maybe she didn’t want to work? maybe she just wanted to continue her phone conversation that she was ignoring me for? or maybe continue sitting, eating the food she’s suppose to be serving? i’ve had the window get slammed in my face by two different workers with similar attitudes as each other.. within the same week! it’s ridiculous! are we just hiring anybody now days? so many bad reviews on the attitudes, i’m sure cooperate calls, etc and they’re still employed? yall gotta have more professional people out there that needs a job! because they clearly hate theirs! cooperate should look into retraining them! you would think that at their age they would know how to be respectful and have great communication skills but no.. i’m YEARSSSS younger than them and maintain better composure and professionalism. acting like that on the clock at such an older age is embarrassing 😳!! just get a different job.. i don’t see the point of coming to work just to be rude to customers. don’t go here unless you want to have the same encounter as me.

  The absolute worst McDonalds in Chicago. Workers are LAZY AS HELL. Store is always dirty. Employees act as if they don’t want to work there. I would literally pay extra NOT to go here

  Don't go through all the hassle and disrespect at this McDonald's store... Drive through is the worst, takes forever to place an order and always the person has an attitude, the application never works: to receive points or use points towards anything, asking for manager on duty or a person that could solve the problem is even worse, not available or in break, makes it even longer than needed, I'm not going back again! Oh, after almost 15 minutes of waiting at drive through, many left and honking, I received a wrong meal...
